As a Sales Coach, you will play a critical role in training, coaching, and developing our New Home Sales Consultants. This position offers a unique opportunity to invest in others’ success, often working behind the scenes to create measurable and meaningful results.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a sales trainer and coach for both individual Sales Consultants and Project ManagersIncrease self-awareness, confidence, and personal development in team membersEmpower Sales Consultants to achieve their highest potential and boost salesConduct engaging and effective classroom training sessionsEducate, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants in sales strategies and techniquesBuild trust and confidence within the team through consistent support and guidanceQualificationsPrevious success as a New Home Sales Consultant working for a New Home Builder with recognized performancePassion for training, coaching, and developing othersWillingness to travel to meet with team members across locations
