Sales Commissions Administrator & Analyst
**Key Responsibilities** Monthly tasks: + Responsible for monthly Commissions calculation processing in Xactly system and send payment file to payroll + Load data from Salesforce + Execute SPP (Single Period Processing) and PPP (Prior Period Processing) + Verify commission calculations from the system + Send Finance & Sales Operations draft payment file with explanations on large payments and PPP changes if any + Create and send final payment file to payroll + Perform data maintenance as needed in Xactly system for new hires, terminations and position changes for Users, People, Positions Quota, Incentive and Hierarchy from the template file from Sales Operations. + Maintain files that load from FTP + Create and load manual orders for special circumstances + Ensure timely and accurate commissions calculations from the system Xactly by maintaining Excel spreadsheets calculation file for backup + Address any discrepancies or payout inquiries timely and effectively + Review monthly statements from Sales team in Xactly to ensure accuracy + Collaborate closely with sales, finance, payroll and HR to ensure alignment on commissions plans and policies. + Evaluate and drive continuous improvements on the commissions processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. + Provide training and support to sales teams regarding Xactly system utilization Beginning of Year Setup: + Maintain Upload Template file. + Setup new year structures and data: calendars, quota letters, statements, plans, titles. + Load employee data at the beginning of the year. (Users, People, Positions Quota, Incentive and Hierarchy) + Route Quota Letters for approval + Refresh Commission calendar dates and dependencies with Sales Operations. + Update FTP structures and files + Maintain SAML/SSO certificate refreshes as required by IT. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in sales commission processing, compensation administration or related field. + Excellent knowledge of sales commissions processing in Xactly system + Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline processes and workflows. + Familiarity with basic Bookings and Revenue Accounting principles + Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Able to work independently _Fujitsu at a Glance_ _Fujitsu is a leading information and communication technology (ICT) company, headquartered in Japan, offering a full range of technology products, solutions, and services.
