About the Role & Program:

Disneyland Resort Sales Solutions identifies, fosters and develops ticket and room night sales opportunities across all third-party channels.  The organization is also responsible for event space and food and beverage sales for business meetings, youth programs and celebrations.

We are looking for a results driven, self-starter individual with strong project management, reporting and analytical skills.  The person in this role should be comfortable translating data into clear, brief stories and who thrives working with a team.  Responsibilities include participation in the creative process, development of communications, event support, evaluation and improvement of resource platforms and benchmarking various industries to aid sales velocity.

The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 - January 2026.

What You Will Do:

Drive a review process of all guest facing communications on key commerce platformsBenchmark industry information to aid in identifying market trends, changes and challengesGather and interpret data to showcase potential for revenue opportunities, communication effectiveness and process efficienciesCreate tactical communication tools which help educate clients and unique market audiences understand the breadth of broad offerings, products and experiences our partners sellAssist in event coordination and video or photo content capture to be used for social media and other outletsAssist in building presentations to help express a business point of view with opportunity to share with senior leadershipAct as an internal consultant for Sales teams by providing data-driven perspectiveNurture curiosity and self-motivation to build, support and lead diverse, impactful projects

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven strong project management skillsProven strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution oriented mind-setProven skills and experience working with creative development and processesAble to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and timelinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsA professional presence and proven track record of presenting a cohesive, influential story to all levelsProven skills in relationship management while developing professional partnerships that result in stable, consistent, reliable and courteous communicationAbility to transform information into easy-to-understand visual narratives that clearly articulate strategy, drive new initiatives, or communicate value propositions and tangible next stepsDemonstrated experience with influencing decision makingProficiency in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in project management, consulting or related fieldPassion for Disney ParksPrevious Disney Parks work experienceProficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, etc.)

Education:

Junior or Senior year preferredMajor or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related major preferred 

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationBe compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelinesBe able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internshipFully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)Provide own housing throughout entire internship program in the Anaheim, CA areaHave reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
