Assisting with creation of compensation plan documents, communications and strategiesProviding training to Sales Channel Leaders, Administration teams and HR staffAssisting Administration teams in understanding plan designs for proper execution and day-to-day administration of commission processingAssisting Senior Sales Consultants in performing analyses and modeling commission plansYou’ll serve as a subject matter expert on variable compensation initiatives impacting compensation tools; seldom are two days the same. Required Qualifications
Experience: Sales commission design and development experience 3+ years. Financial modeling experience 4+ years. Project management experience 3+ yearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, related field or equivalent experienceTechnical skills: Knowledge of variable compensation design, particularly sales commission plans. In-depth knowledge of sales compensation fundamentals including design principles, strategic planning, effectiveness review and plan modelingSkills: Strong communication skills. Strong analytical skillsAbilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can influence business leaders. Can partner collaboratively and effectively with management, peers and employees.
