Sales Compensation Analyst

Our client, a medical technology company, is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join their team! This position will report to the Manager of FP&A and be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

Manage the Field Roster within sales compensation software.Update the roster for new hires and terminations.Adjust for changes in sales roles and territories.Update quarterly and monthly sales quotas.Implement changes to the quarterly variable compensation plan.Generate compensation reports as needed.Conduct ad hoc analysis of field compensation trends.

Skill Set:

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.Experience with payroll or sales compensation (preferred but not required).Familiarity with incentive compensation software (preferred but not required).Strong attention to detail. FT1396583AM_1735578872 To Apply for this Job Click Here
