Prepares internal and external Compensation statements, supporting schedules, performs financial compensation and data review/analysis and assists in preparation/completion of accounting and compensation month-end closings. + Initiates the planning, organizing, performing, coordinating and/or directing of territory alignments. + Possesses and exercises strong relational database management and organizational skills. Works closely with appropriate teams to ensure accurate and complete data related to territory adjustments/quota adjustments/SAP territory setup/rep code setup. **Responsibilities** + Implementation of sales compensation plans. + Daily Anaplan administration including interacting with Field Sales Management to recommend and implement solutions regarding Territory / Quota alignment and setup for Field Sales and Clinical employees. + Conducts monthly reviews and provide ad hoc analysis with Regional Directors to identify, verify and recommend rep territory adjustments. + Interprets and defines sales roles, setup rep codes, SAP territories and revenue allocation percentages and ensures accuracy of data and information. + Demonstrate the knowledge and execution of all Sales Compensation and Bonus Plans and their related Employee Agreements. + Take a lead role in interacting with other departments, such a General Accounting, Finance, Compensation/HR/Legal, IT and Internal Audit. + Assists in financial and sales compensation closing activities, including reconciliations and final pay file distributions. + Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence. + Performs related functions and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned. + Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. **Requirements** **Required** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related discipline or equivalent experience. + Experience in a Financial/Accounting/Sales Analyst role(s), and inclusive of experience in a Commission Accountant/Analyst role. + Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills, the ability to interface data with new or existing software and/or applications. + Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred. + Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. + Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment. + Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects. + Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. + Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner. + Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail. **Preferred** + Minimum 3 years in Compensation or Finance + Experience with Callidus/SAP and Anaplan + Advanced in Excel Apply Now (https://www.jobs.abbott/us/en) **Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:** www.abbottbenefits.com (http://www.abbottbenefits.com/pages/candidate.aspx) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
