Sales Compensation Analyst (Commissions Calculation & Review)

Overview

ISS STOXX is growing! We are presently seeking for an Analyst individual to join our global Sales Commission Team.  This role is responsible for the integrity of all sales commission data and ensuring that commission earnings are calculated and paid in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly commission calculations according to ISS compensation plans.

Maintain detailed, accurate and organized records of commission earnings, adjustments, payouts as well as procedure manuals and other sales supporting documents.

Adjust/Create compensation incentive plans as requested

Provide detailed compensation reports as requested

Assist with the resolving any disputes or inquiries regarding commission compensation.

Collect and analyze data from multiple sources and upload the data into sales compensation calculator.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Training & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or any equivalent courses.

Has at least 5 years’ relevant work experience (either on the same role or has assumed functions involving commission).

Expert Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) skills

Excellent interpersonal skills (proactive personality, highly motivated and can work independently)

Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Location & Schedule:

Amenable is working at Makati City on a nightshift schedule (10pm- 7am, Manila Time).

Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week)

Experience working with any of the following would be a plus:

Experience in working with Salesforce
