Sales Concierge Nursing Services 

Developing referrals for concierge nursing services with key referral sources including: hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians, as well as community Assisted Living, and Rehab facilities.

Requirements

Established relationships with potential referral sources for concierge health care services.  Prefer experience in home care and related services professional demeanor and presentation  Competent in computer-based skills including internet, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
Clinical background a plus, not required Education: Bachelors Degree required
