Job responsibilities include:
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsMaintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProspecting, marketing & promoting new businessFollow up with prospects throughout the sales processMaintaining a relationship with the Realtor communityWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team membersUnderstanding the loan processAbility to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is requiredQualifications5 or more years of new-home sales, high-end luxury retail, or related sales experienceStrong communication skills both verbal & writtenA proven background in prospectingEnergy & enthusiasm in their workProactively follow up with prospective customersStrong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritizeAbility to develop and execute successful marketing strategiesCommitment to act with IntegrityProven closing, as well as negotiating skillsFollow through with commitmentsAbility to work as part of a team, as well as individually
