Sales Consultant WHC (Springfield/Peoria, IL) 

 

PURPOSE

The Sales Consultant WHC is responsible for the growth and profitability of the WHC portfolio consisting of Kyleena, Mirena and Skyla. This is accomplished by promotion around the total office call which
includes providers and decision makers within a given account.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Sales Consultant WHC, are to:  
 

Demonstrate a high level of in person as well as virtual sales acumenPenetrate established accounts to gain additional market share for product portfolioEffectively discover and address account needs with compelling messages and solutionsDynamic development and execution of a comprehensive strategic and tactical territory sales business plan utilizing Cyrus, Sales IQ & Veeva Irep, including quarterly plan, gap analysis, marketing, and professional education activities to achieve overall sales goals for all promoted productsDeliver results by collaborating with peers, account team and all applicable internal stakeholdersEffective partnering with all responsible parties identified in the business plan to adhere to timelines for completion of all initiativesHelp refine and execute pull through strategies for HCP s and target accounts. • Document all field activities in Veeva IrepDemonstrate proceduralproficiency and knowledge of clinical data for all products. • Partner with targeted physicians/acc to develop referral networks for portfolioManage territory operating budgetProvide feedback on product performance, competition, marketing practices and customer satisfactionEnsure that all assigned employee training is completed and up to date. • Operate strictly within the corporate code of conduct and compliance guidelines set forth by Bayer HealthcareEffectively contribute to the success of the organization and its internal and external customers by contributing to a positive work environment for all. • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of travel expenses, calls, sample receipts, etc.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:
 

Bachelor Degree requiredMust be a motivated, self starter with a demonstrated track record of strong sales performanceUses influence strategies to create positive outcomes for customers and BayerIdentifies strategies and tactics to drive revenueAbility to build strong relationships and partnerships with a collaborative working styleDemonstrates initiative and persistence in accomplishing tasks • Strong learning agility and ability to learn from othersBasic knowledge of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industryValid Driver s license with clean driving record • Ability to travel 100%Ability to comply with any customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., up to date vaccinations, trainings).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Minimum of two years of sales experiencePharma and/or Ob/gyn specialty experience preferred but not required
