Position Overview

The Sales Content Coordinator is responsible for written responses to prospective client requests, updating and maintaining documentation to support sales processes, and managing additional content projects as assigned. This individual works collaboratively with subject matter experts throughout the company to update and develop new proposal materials and/or content supporting our sales team.

 

This role requires a hybrid working arrangements. Candidates must live in commutable distance to the Capitol View office in Nashville, TN.

 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

Write and edit within a variety of proposal types (RFPs, RFIs, presentations etc.). Manage RFPs, RFIs, due diligence documents and process from inception to completion. Draft proposals by utilizing existing content and previously prepared responses, as well as communicating across teams to get input and meet deadlines. Work with SME’s and other team members as needed to develop and update response materials. Work with Sales Executives to understand client needs and develop proposal strategy. Contribute to the collection of standard RFP response materials (Q/As) and incorporate them into the content repository. Cultivate critical relationships across the organization (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, etc.).
