Sales Controller (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Controller (m/f/d) in Cologne to join our team.

These are your responsibilities

You will build rolling forecasts by cooperating with Sales and Demand Planning teams, by contributing with innovative solutions to optimize current ways of working, and ultimately improve decision making

You will play a key role in the S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning) cycle with the aim of driving a value growth agenda

You will play a key role in the finance transformation agenda of the group, by participating in the execution of strategic projects

You will support management team decision making by presenting ideas on revenue growth initiatives (price increase, promo optimization, etc)

You will create new financial models & simulations, and improve existing ones

You will develop visually appealing reports to be consulted by different stakeholders (management team, sales, marketing, FP&A, etc.)

This is your profile

You have an university degree in finance/economics/management/engineering

You bring up to 5 years professional experience in the field of RGM, Sales Controlling, or FP&A in big organizations, ideally in FMCG

You have experience in new technologies and digital solutions to improve the business

You are able and enjoy to easily deal with very large amounts of data, find patterns, summarize it and provide clear recommendations

You have an analytical mindset paired with a high sense of business support and a dynamic, proactive and autonomous way of working

You bring a solid knowledge on MS Office. Hyperion Essbase/Excel Cube and Visualization tools a plus . Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) a plus

You have strong persuasion skills and the ability to sell ideas and to build and maintain genuine relationships based on mutual trust

You are a strong team player, highly reliable and trustful with a strong sense of ethics

You are fluent in German and English
