NOTE: This is a hybrid position located in our Peru, Arequipa office.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, and as an integral part of Questel’s Sales Team, this role is responsible for supporting a team of 9 Key Account Managers in the US and Canada by managing account renewals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks such as coordination of software contract renewals, SalesForce and ERP data entry Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients, interacting with customers and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner, escalating complex cases, as needed Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance, as needed Assist the sales teams in the creation of prospecting campaigns Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and interactions in our CRM system Monitor and track sales data to prepare reports to help with account management Support the sales team in reducing churn Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in sales-related field preferred. In addition, any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
