Your Opportunity as the Sales Coordinator-South Region- US Retail Sweet Baked Snacks Sales Team
Be the key support within the sales organization for the South Region-US Retail Sweet Baked Snacks Sales Team specifically supporting the key accounts of Ahold Delhaize (ADUSA) and Publix. You will collaborate and work cross functionally with teams across the commercial organization by providing support with daily, weekly, and monthly ad-hoc reporting while also analyzing key opportunities to help deliver sales targets.
Location: Hybrid Work in Orrville, OH Corporate Offices (30% in office/6 days a month)
In this role you will:
Business Planning & Analyses
Own custom reporting needs, developing, updating and interpreting data to provide insights to sales team and support ad hoc business needsCreate and maintain merchandising planners for commercial organizationAssist managers with administrative needs of business: customer contracts, new item set up, cost changes, internal/external audit resolution, deduction and reclaim management, etc.Support promotional planning and maintenance in the Trade Planning SystemPartner with sales team to develop new item presentations, evaluate business trends, and create presentations supporting sales priorities and initiativesSupports sales needs for annual business and joint planning processesStrengthen Customer Planning & Forecasting
Develop strong understanding of customer business strategies, systems and resources to support sales team with focus on continual improvementManage customer system reporting to support team needs and analysis with recommendations to improve; collaborate with Analytics organizationSupport ad-hoc requests for customer system data as neededUnderstand customer KPI’s, and collaborate with cross functional and sales teams to deliver against retailer expectationsCollaborate with cross functional teams to communicate and ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotion, & merchandising plansAccelerate Team Performance
Own & maintain Sharepoint site and calendars for team, support record keeping expectations Lead coordination for sales team business reviewsSupport invoicing/payment processing for the team as neededAssist in the preparations of market visits & key internal and customer meetingsSupport ongoing special project work, product samples, office supply needs, etcThe Right Place for You
