Responsibilities Set up new projects for sales and update projects for dispatchReview daily order report and submit correctionsMaintain bid calendarPowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly reviewsSubmit credit/rebill, tax corrections, and offline creditsMail checks to district officeForecasting reportsRun customer reports in Command PerformanceMaintain customer lists and project filesManage tax exempt certificates in JDEMonthly backlog trackingReoccurring ReportingAssist sales group, back up for other Sales Coordinator and Sales Auditor, and perform all other duties as requiredOther duties as assigned Job Requirements 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industryEquivalent combination of education, training and experience. Associates Degree preferred.Candidate must have a strong competency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.Candidate must be able to work a M-F in-office scheduleDetail oriented, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual preferred Working Conditions Most time is spent in an office environment with periodic visits to plant locations and off-site visits with customers. Ability to work overtime and travel for training, as needed.
