**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the administration of sales systems, providing support to the sales group, and management of small accounts. This role works closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Representatives, Dispatchers, Credit, and Operations.
This role will also involve communication with external customers to manage the business of existing customers and development of new customers. The ideal candidate would have interest in career advancement and development into a Sales Representative role.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
+ Review new quotes and orders in Salesforce to ensure accuracy. Set up quotes for sales reps and distribute to customers when needed.
+ Manage and grow accounts of current small volume customers.
+ Seek out prospective customers and learn their business needs to generate sales opportunities.
+ Research bidding opportunities, prepare bids, and execute follow ups.
+ Procure and maintain a log of tax related documents from customers. Apply tax documents to orders to ensure accurate billing.
+ Edit daily ticket logs to resolve errors prior to invoicing.
+ Investigate customer invoice disputes and rectify complaints.
+ Email daily ticket reports to customers.
+ Attend industry events and willingness to learn all aspects of the construction materials industry
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or years of equivalent experience
Required Work Experience: Knowledge of aggregate products is a plus
Required Computer and Software Skills: Salesforce.com and SAP experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel

+ Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
+ Have the ability to multi-task, and provide support to organization as needed
+ Ability to professionally interact with personnel and external customers
+ Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
+ Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved
+ Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
