Answer and direct incoming phone callsManage designers appointment calendarsAssist sales management in various tasksProcess sales paperworkProcess payments for contractsGeneral office duties and working knowledge of computersCustomer oriented, friendly and enthusiasticReliable, punctual with good work ethicStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong personal organization skills
