The Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager in daily communication and administrative duties for the designers/sales team. As a sales coordinator, you manage and facilitate communication between designer/sales team and customers.

Maintain organized sales recordsWork with Sales Manager to assign leads to Designers based on Closing ratio, and location.Pre appointment calls when needed to Designers with all necessary paperwork for job assisting the Designer to be successful in managing client.The goal is to increase closing ratio, increase monthly sales, decrease errors and inefficiencies in the paperwork and pricing.Scheduling of the designers/sales team.Work diligently with other departments.Establish active communication and engagement with designers/sales team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.Support with design reviews, commissions, preliminary interviewing, and trainingResponsible for the timelines, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

The Sales Coordinator must have strong analytical and organizational skills and be able to work under deadlines.

Must possess effective interpersonal skills to operate and communicate effectively within a fast paced, multi-faceted environment internally and externally.Excellent phone demeanor.Ability to set priorities, plan and manage time to meet deadlines effectively and demonstrate attention to detail.Strong work ethic and eager to learn.Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.Computer skills must include knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn our proprietary software.Knowledge of design, CAD drawings or technical review is a PLUS.The ability to complete projects accurately and catch errors before completion, despite a large workload and a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent computer skills a minimum of 2+ years Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal programs. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Must be able to successfully pass a background and motor vehicle check.Must be able to successfully make the commute to Charlotte on a daily basis.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
