We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full time inside management position.

 

 Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales teamInterview and hire salespeopleFacilitate training in both one-on-one and group settingsResults driven toward goal achievement

Requirements:

2 years minimum managing sales teamsPersonal sales background of at least 2 years with a track recordCommitment to follow our proven, successful sales modelPositive attitude towards achievementGreat communication, organization, and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plusExperience working with consumersRetail sales and management a plusMust be living in Miami Dade CountyBilingual (English & Spanish)

 

This is a full-time, salaried position with a monthly bonus opportunity.
