Job Title: Sales Coordinator\n

FLSA Status: Non-exempt\n

Wages: $18-$24\n

Summary Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nAnswer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.\nWhen Salesmen not available take customer orders and\/or change orders as needed.\nCompiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.\nKeep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.\nOrganize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.\nTypes, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.\nChecks accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.\n\n

Education and\/or Experience \n

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n

Skills \n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment\nPays attention to detail\nSales support and customer service experience a plus\nAbility to prioritize\nExtreme organization\n\n
