As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals. Overview About Your Role The Contract Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in managing sales leads and ensuring the seamless operation of room accommodations for airline and tour business. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. The coordinator will input data for room nights, assist in hotel administrative functions, generate reports, and manage guest amenities. What You'll Do Sales Lead Management: Receive and qualify incoming sales leads for group bookings. Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather requirements and provide information on available accommodations. Data Input and Management: Accurately input and maintain data related to room nights for airline and tour business bookings. Ensure that all information is up-to-date and reflects current inventory and availability. Works closely with Conference Services, Adventure Center and F&B outlets on the contracted banquets for these tours. Assists accounting in the billing of the contracted business Managing the contracts for the bus tours to ensure cut off dates are accurate and that the rooming lists are inputted in a timely manner Generate and distribute the Bus tour resumes to operations Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to group bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency. Guest Services: Assist in maintaining high standards of guest service by coordinating amenities and special requests for group clients. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Administrative Support: Support hotel administrative functions, including the preparation of contracts and agreements for contract bookings. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other hotel staff to ensure alignment on contract bookings and special requests. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for group sales initiatives.
