About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development efforts through pre-sales activities, prospect research, and coordination of business development initiatives. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and qualify potential opportunities while ensuring an efficient sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support:Research and identify potential business opportunities and target accounts using market research tools and databasesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesPrepare weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities and pipeline metricsSupport the creation of preliminary proposals and sales presentationsLead GenerationDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various prospecting methodsQualify initial leads through preliminary outreach and discovery callsAssist in the development of targeted prospect lists and account prioritizationTrack and document all prospect interactions in the CRM systemCreate and maintain detailed prospect profiles and account research documentsAdministrative DutiesCoordinate and schedule meetings between Business Development Managers and prospective clientsSupport the preparation of sales materials and meeting documentationCoordinate internal pre-sales meetings and maintain team calendarsMaintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in sales databasesWork closely with Marketing to communicate marketing needsManage and schedule pre-bid and project kickoff meetings

About You

Must haves:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or CommunicationsExperience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support role.

Nice to haves:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or CommunicationsExperience: 3 or more years of experience in sales or sales support role.

Your Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with market research tools and databasesStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skills and professional phone mannerDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Where We Work

At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is a remote hybrid role, meaning employees will be required to come into the Stow, Ohio office on a weekly or as needed basis.

Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s Stow, Ohio office.
