Sales Coordinator

The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** The AV Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the AV Growth organization with system processes, data integrity, budget reviews, billing, and training as new initiatives and processes change. This role assists with maintaining the Salesforce data in the CRM to ensure the accuracy of the data. This position will support our AV Sales group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: + Dallas, TX + Orlando, FL + Atlanta, GA + Chicago, IL + New Orleans, LA + Boston, MA + Alexandria, VA **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Maintain knowledge of various Freeman systems and how the data flows from one system to the next. + Maintain data integrity in Salesforce by creating/editing Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, and Opportunities. + Assist with Account and Opportunity Team Member assignments as needed. + Assist in reassigning Accounts and Opportunities as needed. + May create/run reports in Salesforce to support overall AV Growth Team/Leaders. + Create Project Numbers (WBS) for Booked business. + Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Accounting, Customer Experience, and other internal departments as needed. + Review Excel QuoteBuilder budgets (check formulas, spell check, formatting). + Submit billing request for Deposit Invoices, Final Invoices, Credit Memos, and Voids. + Research customer payment status in SAP BRM. + Research Customer Tax Exemption Certificates. + Review Customer Business Partner is SAP BRM and TFC status in CMA. + Run job cost reports in SAP. + Assist with month end closing with AV revenue accrual tracking. + Download SAP Invoice or run Invoice Summary Report + Submit Workfront Request (Task Assignments, Project Setup/Close, Budget Design, Certificate of Insurance, Box Folder Setup) as needed. + Assist with Travel and Expense Reports as needed. + Assist with Vendor set-up and vendor invoice processing as needed. + Run Power BI reports as needed for assistance. + Service level agreement to respond within (3) business days for request for assistance. + Assist with other projects as needed. + Participate in system enhancements, UAT, and other initiatives as needed. **Education & Experience** **REQUIRED** + Excellent customer service and organizational skills. + 2 or more years related sales support or project management experience. + Must be a team player and able to collaborate with others. + Ability to learn multiple internal systems. + Multi-task multiple projects at one time. + Attention to detail. + Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications. **PREFFERED** + Associate’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required. + Salesforce experience. **Travel Requirements** No Travel Required **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
