Sales Coordinator

Title:   Sales Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles (hybrid)

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000

Position Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for entering and coordinating paid programming orders, billing requests, traffic requests and post log requests.  Will focus on all aspects of linear paid programming sales to optimize campaigns to ensure delivery on our local broadcast television stations. 

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures end to endEnter and revise paid programming ordersSubmit special billing requestsRespond to Account Executive requests regarding spot timesAssist Account Execs with creating sales material and developing client pitches.Assist Account Execs with client recap informationWorks closely with Account Executives to understand customer goals and design programs that deliver results.Review all paid programming IO's to ensure they match approved media plan.Foster key relationships with clients and agency contactsProvide post summaries of account deliveryResolve order/invoice-billing discrepanciesWork closely with and communicate directly with client/agency contacts for general account support and campaign assistance

About you:

1+ years’ experience in mediaBachelor’s degree preferredExperience working with STBS, Wide Orbit or Salesforce a plusStrong analytical skillsAbility to manage client expectationSolutions-oriented customer service focus that emphasizes driving salesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; team player
