Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a full-time position in NBCUniversal's Theatrical Distribution organization in the US and Canada.  This position provides administrative support to the EVP, General Sales Manager and the broader US sales department.  The ideal candidate for this position has exemplary planning and time management skills and can organize and manage calendars, keeping scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently.  This individual should also be passionate about movies and have an appreciation for the theater-going experience.  They will be instrumental in helping to plan, manage and execute on team events and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.  This position has visibility to the Universal Filmed Entertainment leadership team; professional communication and presence are essential to the role.

Essential Responsibilities:

Proactively manage daily schedule/calendar, expenses, contacts, travel arrangements and meetings (internal and external) for the EVPManage complex meeting/event preparation as needed (AV, room scheduling, telepresence events, etc.) including set-up, preparing presentations/agendas/materials, documenting and disseminating notes, and coordinating follow-up items to completionCreate and edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases and reportsPrepare weekly sales reports for internal and external needsManage the schedule and logistics for trade screenings for the sales team in partnership with the operations teamManage the communications for tickets on sale information in partnership with the In-Theatre Marketing teamManage the communications for early access events and other special programsAssist in the execution of group sales events and other special screeningsTrack and maintain logistics details required for sales team attendance at trade showsSupport the sales team in preparing and executing sales presentations and eventsProvide customer service support to clients and exhibitorsManage special projects/events as designated, assist other department members as necessary and act as back up for other administrative needs on teamPrepare and processes expense reports in accordance with established divisional travel policy guidelines; Ensure the timely processing of expenses utilizing the latest electronic payment processes to corporate credit cardsPerform other duties as assigned  

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a distribution or theatrical departmentExperience in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TeamsDemonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 (not bonus eligible)
