This Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Outreach & Sales in achieving/maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer senior housing community and providing phenomenal customer service with prospective residents and family members during the decision making process as well as through the moving transition into the community.  This position is based primarily in the community.

Aurora on France is a state of the art senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN.   Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line.  Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Responsibilities/Job Description

Supports the implementation of the sales and marketing plan aimed at achieving/maintaining full occupancy for our senior care & living property
Promotes positive customer relations
Serves as a resource to senior age residents/tenants and families seeking information
Assumes special projects as assigned 

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED; Required
Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, Communications or Related Major; Preferred
1-3 Years Experience; Required
Must be able to respond to emergency situations and manage private resident issues with dignity and respect.
