Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain Client and Prospect data in sales database such as contacts, company information, survey participation, and notesAssist in coordinating client meetings and networking eventsParticipate in regional and local meetings along with requested client presentationsUse internal resources, such as Miede, Zoominfo, and Microsoft Office, to generate and organize reportsCoordinate and provide technical support for sales meetings, including preparation of presentation materialsConduct regular review of LinkedIn profiles to leverage relationships in sales efforts.Leverage information to enrich marketing & sales database, evaluating/scrubbing new or inactive organizations for inclusion in marketing effortsSupport Brand building efforts through social media strategy developmentParticipate in National and regional projects that would directly impact the local team and office as neededPerform other specific duties as directed by the Regional Sales Officer and Executive Management TeamBegin studies for appropriate licenses

Qualifications:

Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skillsAbility to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insuranceGood typing skills and computer literacyAbility to work within designated time framesGood interpersonal skillsLicense preferred

Required Skills:

Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must

The expected pay range for this position is $32.96 an hour to $35.71 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
