ITW’s business model enables quick and decisive decisions for individuals seeking a fast-paced and challenging business model within the framework and strength of a large multinational corporation. **ITW GSE DIVISION** The ITW GSE Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the aviation industry. Core customers are Airports and Airlines in all countries around the World. Core products are Power Supply Units for aircraft parked on the ground. The ITW GSE has 2 factories and 2 sales offices: ITW GSE Americas, Palmetto Florida ITW GSE International, Odense Denmark Sales Office Dubai Sales Office Singapore Organizationally ITW GSE is part of the Specialty Products Segment of Illinois Tool Works (ITW). **NATURE AND SCOPE** + Inside Sales Representative for ITW GSE Spares parts business segment. This is a customer facing position requiring exceptional customer service skills. ITW GSE processes an average of 350 orders per month/900 lines items. + Receive and prepare quotations as requested by telephone, fax, or email for spare or replacement parts. + Enter sales orders into business units’ ERP system, (currently Macola ES). + Process customer credit card orders per established procedures. + In cooperation with Accounting and Spare Parts Manager, manage/review customer accounts: terms, limit, discounts. + Communicate order updates/status to customers as required. + Troubleshoot technical calls as they come in using tools provided (sharepoint, manuals, IPL (illustrated parts list). + Performing quotes for assemblies using the BOM (build of material), doing needed research accordingly. + Own the RMA (returned material authorization) process. + Communicating and updating pricing into the ERP system as needed. + Doing vendor research as needed for customer inquiries that have not been recently updated. + Understand and assist creating and using the MPL (master price list). + Assisting in other area in our team as needed. + Provide coverage when a co-worker is out of office. + This position does not require business travel. **ACCOUNTABILITY/RESPONSIBILITIES** + Excellent phone skills + Accuracy in order processing. + Ability to multitask + Work Organized + Maintain department On-Time order delivery percentages via proper order management. (correct estimated ship dates entered) + Maintain expected turn around time for quotes (24hr) (unless research is required). + Accuracy in quoting process (complete info, price, availability and weight and dims if requested) + Product knowledge **QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS** **Ideal Experience** + _Professional Experience_ – 12 months’ customer service experience with focus on customer orders/RFQ’s, contracts. + _Functional Experience_ – Microsoft Office suite with better than average Excel skills. Computer based order entry required. + _Industry Experience_ – Ideal candidate will have experience in parts sales in Aviation, Automotive or Industrial equipment industry. + _Language –_ English. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. + _Education –_ 2-year degree preferred. High school diploma required.
