This position is part of Weyerhaeuser’s EWP Canadian Sales team and reports to the National Sales Director. This is a Full Time, non-exempt position.
This role will provide a wide variety of sales support, analytical support and process management for all products sold to national, regional and local dealers and distributors. This position includes problem-solving and regular communication with our great team of Regional and Territory Managers.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
* Supports and assists with coordinating sales activities for the ELP product line in Canada
* Manages internal and external requirements for customer contracts
* Provides customer sales reporting and data requests for sales team
* Facilitates processing of customer rebates in conjunction with sales and rebate teams
* Manage event planning, including scheduling and coordinating meeting logistics, mill tours (conferencing, agenda, catering, audio/visual equipment, and meeting materials) along with travel coordination
* Assist sales team with marketing activities including preparation of presentation material, webinars, promotions
* Assist management with monitoring and tracking of budget, expenses, credit cards, and processing invoices
* Manage Sales SharePoint site along with regional files
* Support Safety Training material and tracking
* Manage new and assigned projects and processes to support sales
* Support continuous improvement and innovation to help improve productivity of the sales team
* Assists with a variety of office administration duties as required
Requirements

* Understanding of financial systems and tools to access and report financial information

Preferred:
* Post secondary education in related field
* Three plus years of combined experience in sales support roles with a focus on accounting and analysis
* Prior work experience in and familiarity with Wood Products businesses and SAP
Office location: The office is located inSurrey, moving to Langley BC in approximately January 2025.
Currently, work from home on Mondays & Fridays, in the office Tuesday to Thursday. Must be flexible to be in the office on Mondays and Fridays when required.
*Compensation*: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $60,800 - $84,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
