Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A high school diploma (or equivalent) and preferably some retail or sales experienceStrong critical thinking, math, and computer skills with the ability to multitaskExcellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guestsA passion for total body care, with a general understanding of massage and skin care services

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service, making every client feel valued and understoodPromote Total Body Care by educating clients about new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging product purchases based on service provider recommendationsAssist with clinic operations, including greeting clients, managing schedules, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiriesContribute to client retention and growth through in-person interactions and outreach via phone/email
