As a Sales Consultant at Massage Envy, you will:
Provide excellent, customized service to our members and guests.Create a warm, fun, friendly relationship with members and guests.Achieve individual goals in appointment setting, upgrading, and sales.Assist with client appreciation events, POP displays, and contests.Resolve customer service issues with a smile.Communicate with members and guests in person, via phone, email, and letters.Keep our clinic clean by performing light cleaning and stocking.
