Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Sales/Customer Service Support individual to join our team in the electronics industry, based in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing a variety of tasks such as processing orders and pricing, registering shipments, and maintaining customer records. This role offers an exciting short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage communication with customers primarily through email and occasionally over the phone.
• Assist in the sales process by processing customer orders and pricing details.
• Keep track of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and other systems like SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Keytone.
• Collaborate with the sales team and manage correspondence with over 100 customers.
• Work closely with your team and sales manager, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Multitask and manage your time effectively to ensure all customer service tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in a detailed training program to fully understand our products and services. Requirements • Proficient in CRM software to manage customer interactions effectively
• Capable of answering inbound calls promptly, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Knowledgeable in handling billing functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions
• Experience with SAP software to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
• Prior experience in a customer service role, exhibiting excellent problem-solving abilities
