Become apart of our Sales team as a Sales Data Specialist where you will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our organization's product data, pricing strategies, and SKU performance. You'll partner closely with sales leaders by generating reports from internal and external databases to ensure data accuracy and communicate crucial discrepancies to appropriate team members. By utilizing Microsoft Excel, you'll aggregate data from multiple platforms to create insightful sales reports that directly impact the company's objectives. In This Role\nAdhere to MAP policies by ensuring pricing and product data are regularly updated and reviewed for accuracy \nCollaborate cross-functionally on product data, pricing strategies, and SKU optimization, performance, and lifecycle \nPartner with team to enhance customer relationships and support departmental goals, including revenue targets, assortment optimization, and promotional performance \nMaintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with support from sales leadership teams, ensuring accurate assortment management, analysis, and SKU performance \nOversee and maintain the department SharePoint; keeping all information accessible and up-to-date\nMonitor the MySamm software and communicate updates and changes with Account Executives and clients as needed \nGather and aggregate data from multiple platforms, including MySamm, PowerBI, customer scorecards and other promotional trackers \nAssist in creating and preparing ad-hoc sales reports as needed \nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nMinimum 2 years' experience working with data in Microsoft Excel \nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience\nProven comprehension of order fulfillment strategies, with a particular preference for familiarity with drop-shipping methodologies\nExceptional proficiency in handling large datasets, coupled with a strong command of Excel functions and tools including but not limited to Power BI, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Index Match\nAbility to understand complex data sets; identifying patterns, trends, and correlations. \nHigh attention to detail and aptitude for synthesizing information from disparate sources to draw accurate conclusions\nExceptional organizational skills, effectively managing tasks, priorities, and resources to achieve objectives efficiently\nGreat initiative and problem-solving capabilities, approaching challenges with a methodical and creative mindset\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and team members\n
