Worth is hiring full-time Designers/Sales Consultants Are you a “people person?” Are you creative, have good communication skills, and like helping people? You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary. *Our next training opportunity starts Monday, February 24th, 2025* We are looking for people who have: * Great people skills. * Fun and outgoing personalities. * A creative side. * Reliable transportation. Qualifications * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Interior Design or related degree/experience * Experience in sales, furniture industry, or related field * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed * Knowledge of space planning, building codes, and safety standards * Experience with custom wardrobes, garage cabinets, and other home organization products is a plus Pay/Sales Territory We are located in Farmers Branch- You will need to come into the office once a month after training, but otherwise, this job is an "on the road" job- and you meet from client to client with the warm leads we provide to you. Pay is commission based after 3 months. Our top designers average from $7-$10,000 monthly, and others range from $4-6,000. We have a "ramp up" period and position does not start out with sole commission. Required education: * High school or equivalent Required license or certification: * Driver’s License
