• The Sales Design Leader will be providing an exceptional IKEA shopping and brand experience to visitors and customers
• Utilizing knowledge and experience of interior design and home furnishings in order to provide inspiring solutions and service offerings to IKEA visitors and customers.
• The Sales Design Leader will be partnering with appropriate field support partners (Compliance, HR, Safety & Security, etc.) to ensure adherence to all company standards of processes & procedures.
• Analyzing business reports and trends and works with other leaders and co-workers to take appropriate steps to grow the business in support of the co-worker, customer, and overall organization. The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 23.61 USD to 33.67 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
