Responsibilities
The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

Ensure sales goals are attainedManage daily activity & training of the sales staffEnsure sales people are engaging with customersAddress and resolve customer concerns

QualificationsPrevious Automotive Sales Management experience a plusMust have a proven track record with an exceptional CSIStrong communication and customer engagement skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
