Job Requirements + Must make outbound calls daily and set appointments. + Must speak to customers daily and get involved in transactions by closing deals. + Must manage and train Sales Team on sales processes and procedures. + 2-3 yrs. experience as a dealership Sales Manager, REQUIRED. + Hyundai brand experience PREFERRED, but not required. + Must be proactive and a high performer. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $121,200.00 to $219,600.00, which includes commissions on Department Net, and bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
