Qualifications
2-3 years' experience as a Sales Manager REQUIRED
Ability to motivate and lead a team to High Performance REQUIRED
Focus on Earning Customers for Life through processes REQUIRED
Someone that has a strong Used Car background to drive Used Car Sales REQUIRED
Acura or similar boutique brand experience REQUIRED
Desire to grow a store to the next level REQUIRED
Pay range for this position is $180.000.00-$216,000.00 annually This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net, and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
