This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. + Ensure sales goals are attained + Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff + Ensure sales people are engaging with customers + Address and resolve customer concerns ​ Qualifications + 2 years Dealership experience required + Previous Automotive/RV Sales Management experience + Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI + Strong communication and customer engagement skills + CDK experience is a plus + If you have experience in power sports, or luxury recreational vehicles, sales, management we will train you in Airstreams/RV's + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Lithia/Airstream is about….
