Responsibilities

The RV Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

Qualifications

2 years Dealership experience requiredPrevious Automotive/RV Sales Management experienceMust have a proven track record with an exceptional CSIStrong communication and customer engagement skillsCDK experience is a plusIf you have experience in power sports, or luxury recreational vehicles, sales, management we will train you in Airstreams/RV'sAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
