We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, implements, and facilitates sales and sales management related training programs to achieve strategic company goals consistent with our Mission and Values.Creates structured training schedules and delivers training sessions across the sales and store management teams.Develops and trains Customer Account Managers on effective sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals.Develops and trains Store Management on effective sales management techniques and strategies to help achieve company goals.Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representativesFacilitates evaluative sales ride-along sessions to assess salesperson effectiveness.Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of the Ag and Heavy equipment industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.Excellent oral and written communication skills to include formal presentation skills before small and large groupsAbility to accurately articulate and develop various sales training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred8 years of related sales and/or training experienceMust have a valid Driver’s License and be able to meet company insurability guidelines – willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
