Ecolab is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help grow our Institutional business, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. Customers include restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

What You Will Do:
Increase Ecolab Institutional market share. Target markets will include, but are not limited to - Health and Aged Care (public and private), Hospitality, Government facilities, Private Schools, Local Government, FSR (chain business), Restaurants
Drive new business growth
Partner with service team and sales ops team to deliver our values to customers for after-sales service and account maintenance
Key Requirements:
2-3 years B2B sales experiences
Strong self-motivation & drive for new business development
Excellent communication and building relationship capacity with customers
Flexible, able to handle fast-paced business setting
