About This Role
This position is responsible for driving the entire gamut of Biopharma activities for SCIEX across India. The incumbent will be expected to define, develop and deliver all aspects of the business growth and Biopharma brand development.
+ Conceptualized the overall strategy for Biopharma (mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis products) in line with the regional and global priorities and manage various Key Performance Indicator and growth bowlers for Biopharma business
+ Lead presales presentation for different biopharma workflows using mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis products and collaborate with the sales and application support teams to achieve the short- and long-term goals
+ Manage the demand generation process towards quality and quantity of leads, maintain funnel hygiene, and different sales process
+ Responsible to ensure opportunity additional and growth for funnel for the Biopharma business (mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis)
+ Work closely with sales team to enhance productivity in term of win rate and growth to capture market share, develop and nurture of Key Opinion Leaders and track and actively manage competitor activities
+ Identify new products opportunities, develop position and ensure success during new product introduction, Plan and execute the workshops, seminars and other promotional activities to grow Biopharma business.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
+ Post Graduate/Ph.D in Science with MBA is preferable
+ 8+ years of relevant experience in Life Science industry, Biopharma or related industry
+ Clear thinker with experience in product positioning, market sizing, segmentation and analysis
+ Exposure to sales, application or product management for mass spectrometry will be an added advantage
+ Demonstrated ability in planning, execution and metrics-based analysis
+ Exposure to business dealing in sales of high value capital equipment is desirable
+ Excellent communication skills (written and oral); Strong presentation skills
+ Experience and ability to build relationships, influence people; good negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Good command over the English Language
+ Proficiency in MS-Office; proficiency in SFDC
