Job Description

1.区域销售战略和重点客户战略的制定,优化和部署

Development, optimization, and deployment of regional sales strategies and key customer strategies.

2.结合公司产品,应用和价格战略,整合前端市场和销售信息,并协助SLR制定对应策略

Integrate front-end market and sales information based on company products, applications, and pricing strategies, and assist SLR in developing corresponding strategies.

3构建有效率的销售前端供应链和客户需求预测系统

Building an efficient sales front-end supply chain and customer demand forecasting system.

4 制定区域销售资源的优化和投放策略

Develop optimization and deployment strategies for regional sales resources.

5 通过市场研究和分析,活动策划,驱动相关业务机会,支持公司战略发展和发展计划

Through market research and analysis, event planning, driving relevant business opportunities, supporting the company's strategic development and development plans.

Qualifications

1.本科学历或以上

Bachelor degree or above

2.具备优秀的商业分析能力,敏锐的数据洞察力,结构化的思维能力

Excellent business analytical skills, keen data insight, and structured thinking skills

3.具有相关行业业务分析的经验,了解多渠道业务模式者优先

Experienced in business analysis on related industries, understanding multi-channel business model is preferred.

4.熟练使用Excel,PowerPoint,Power BI和SAP,熟悉主流数据库优先

Good command in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP, familiar with other mainstream databases is preferred.

5.具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队精神

Good learning ability, communication skills, and team spirit

6.英语听说读写熟练

 Fluent written and oral English
