Join us as a **Sales Development Manager (m/f/d)** for Fluid Conveyance working from a home office, **preferably** in **Germany** , or otherwise in the **Netherlands, Italy,** or **Switzerland.** **Job Responsibilities** In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our share in existing accounts within the Fluid Conveyance Division for the OEM channel. Key Responsibilities: + Align with sales leaders on strategic accounts and growth targets across the sales channel. + Collaborate with divisions/business units and application engineering to best serve our OEM partners. + Support the sales organization on customer relationships at a strategic level with joint sales activities. + Establish strong and healthy relationships with stakeholders in existing and new accounts. + Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM system. + Analyze market penetration and identify gaps across all sales channels, products, and geographies. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
