We are seeking a Sales Development Rep Enablement Manager to elevate the skills and performance of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through structured training, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development.

What You Will Do:


The SDR Enablement Manager is a pivotal role responsible for equipping our SDR team with the knowledge, strategies, and resources needed to exceed their goals. This individual will design and deliver world-class enablement programs, ensuring new SDRs ramp quickly and experienced reps continuously improve. With a strong sales background, the SDR Enablement Manager will bring firsthand experience and practical expertise to guide and inspire the team.

Training & Onboarding

Adapt our established onboarding program to fully enable and set new SDRs up for success, driving predictable ramp timeframes

Create and deliver engaging training materials on sales techniques, tools, product knowledge, and market insights.

Shorten ramp time for new hires by implementing effective learning strategies.

Coaching & Development

Provide one-on-one coaching, group coaching and regular feedback to SDRs, focusing on call quality, objection handling, and pipeline generation.

Host regular role-playing sessions, call reviews, and workshops to sharpen skills.

Identify areas for improvement and tailor coaching plans accordingly.

Plan and host weekly SDR enablement sessions 

Performance Enablement

Implement enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Create activity calculators and production reporting for SDR leadership team

Monitor SDR performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

A/B split test Gong flows to drive effectiveness. Work with marketing to create Gong flows. 

Content & Program Creation

Build SDR sales playbooks 

Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling sales collateral and call scripts.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training initiatives.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

8-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record as an Outbound SDR or AE Manager.

Experience developing learning and enablement solutions for a sales function.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make recommendations.

Experience designing and delivering sales playbooks 

Passion for coaching and mentoring others to achieve their best.
