Job Responsibilities
Networking and account penetration with client contacts using various sources including inbound marketing campaigns, trade events, websites, webinars, and more
Responsible for collaborating and coordinating with multiple teams throughout the firm. This person will be working closely with business development, account mangers and other internal stakeholders to manage opportunity pursuits, sales handoffs and appointment setting
Understanding of and ability to articulate to C-Level executives about Armanino’s service offerings & value proposition
Utilize various sales tools (i.e., Outreach.io, LinkedIn, PitchBook, ZoomInfo, CRM) CRM being a core software system to track sales and lead management activity
Work closely with various departments and organizations to understand market and business trends, attend all group training sessions and become an integral part of sales and marketing teams.
Take initiative to learn service offerings and products as they become available and apply new product knowledge in business development efforts
Build, nurture and facilitate relationships with existing clients to achieve the following:
Discovery of specific opportunities for Armanino services focusing on identification of client issues and problems with an agnostic view towards Armanino service lines
Coordinate liaison meetings with Armanino consultants, vendors and clients to augment our “Trusted Business Advisor” Firm goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and relevant work experience
1-3 years successful customer service or inside sales experience
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft CRM, Excel and data analysis
Technology experience including use of a CRM system is required
Sales Automation Software Experience, Outreach.io is preferred
Public accounting or consulting experience is a plus
Experience working in a quota and KPI driven environment
Ability to succeed in a high-performance, client and deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently, be self-directed, proactive, results-oriented and have the desire to learn and take initiative

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position is as follows: $63,200 -$85,600 (Colorado and Illinois), $69,500 - $ 94,100(Washington, New York, and Southern California), $72,800 - $98, (Northern California). Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
