Sales Development Representative- Inbound

Overview

As an Inbound SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by efficiently managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Key Responsibilities 

Lead Management 

Sales Line Monitoring: Oversee the sales line and manage incoming calls during work hours to ensure prompt and effective customer service.  ZoomInfo Live Chat Monitoring: Monitor the live chat platform, engaging with visitors and converting inquiries into discovery calls.  Lead Management and Outreach: Consume leads and conduct outreach to qualified leads, aiming to generate new business opportunities.  CRM Management: Accurately log and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness. 

Prospecting and Outreach 

Identify potential opportunities within the inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospects to introduce our products and services.  Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and tailor messaging to resonate with different audience segments. 

Collaboration and Coordination 

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, qualification, and follow-up strategies.  Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for discovery calls and closure.  Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness. 

Performance Tracking and Reporting 

Track and report on key metrics such as lead response time, qualification rates, and conversion rates to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.  Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.  Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree (required)  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Highly coachable and open to feedback  Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment  Familiarity of CRM software (e.g., Dynamics, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus  In-office participation required three days per week in our Richmond office
