SUMMARY: The primary role of the Sales Development Rep is to dedicate time to prospecting for potential new members. Driving more leads for our portfolio of clubs. This position calls for a motivated individual, proficient social skills, and a commitment to growth. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sales prospecting: This position is directly responsible for the membership sales, finding and contacting prospects * Brand Ambassador- Exemplify what it means to be an Anytime Fitness team member by working every day to better yourself and those around you. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * Needs to be able to work from facility. * Needs to be able to work 12-15 hours * Strong communication skills. * Must be coachable. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Passionate about health and fitness. * Understands the importance of team cohesion. * Must be personable. * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite, POS Systems (not required but a plus), Gym Management Software (not required but a plus).
