This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview:

The Tango (powered by BHN) sales team is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Sales Development Representative. Reporting to the Sr Manager of SMB and working closely with the SMB sales channel, this person will help prospect and set appointments for both sales teams at Tango. The person in this role will contact prospects and follow-up on inbound leads to develop sales opportunities. We are looking for individuals with a passion for winning and a proven success in inside sales.

Responsibilities: Develop new business via telephone, email and social media to introduce Tango’s products, solutions and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target marketProactively cold-call and email into prospect accounts from a prioritized target listPartner with sales on lead hand offSupport strategic trade shows/industry events with appointment setting and attendance at industry eventsCollaborate with demand generation team members as needed to plan, draft, and execute outbound communication cadences. Reviews plans with manager prior to execution.Build and cultivate prospect relationships by continuously engaging them with personalized communications, such as marketing content (i.e., whitepapers), and company news in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel to sales acceptanceWork closely and meet regularly with the sales stakeholders on account strategies, prioritization, lead hand off and follow up, meet regularlyUtilize CRM system to accurately record all activities, route leads, and coordinate lead acceptance management processUse data in CRM and available tools such as Marketo, LinkedIn and others to understand prospect and account backgrounds to successfully personalize communications Qualifications: 2+ years Inside Sales or Sales Development experience ideally at a software or technology company. Experience in the payments, incentives, healthcare, loyalty and marketing industries is idealAdditional experience in marketing, sales, business development, lead generation, and lead management is a plusMust be able to quickly and effectively collect information on a company and navigate to the correct personMust be able to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of B2B solutions and services at a high levelMust be able to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business pain and sales opportunitiesMust be driven to reach personal and team pipeline generation goalsMust have experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com or Microsoft DynamicsExcellent communication skills – articulate, concise, and persuasivePositive, upbeat and aggressive personality is requiredCollege degree is preferred Benefits:

OTE for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota): Up to $95,000.00
